Our Refund Policy

We want you to love every single Soultime Skincare product you receive. If for any reason something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with original tags intact and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To get the ball rolling, simply reach out to us at soultimeskincare@gmail.com, and we'll share the return address along with everything you need to know. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us will unfortunately not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care packing every order, but occasionally things don't go to plan. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We'll assess the situation promptly and make it right — that's our promise to you.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We completely understand that some situations are a little different, so please do get in touch if you're unsure. However, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The simplest and fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you're welcome to place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you get exactly what you're after without any unnecessary delays.

European Union Orders — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As with all our returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you right away to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take a little additional time to process and post the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at soultimeskincare@gmail.com, and we'll look into it straight away.
